Established in 1999, Alameda Healthcare is Egypt’s leading private healthcare group, offering patients unfettered access to the region’s most advanced medical solutions. Alameda Healthcare operates a range of service providers across the entirety of the healthcare sector, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, diagnostic centers, medical laboratories, rehabilitation centers, and pharmacies.

The group operates two tertiary care hospital brands, Dar Al Fouad and As-Salam International; a specialized gastroenterology and liver care center, Elixir Gastro and Liver Care Center; a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic, German Rehabilitation Center; and general healthcare clinics, Tabibi.

Alameda operates one of the first hospitals to receive coveted Joint Commission International (“JCI”) Accreditation in 2005. Presently, three of our hospitals, As Salam International Hospital in Maadi, Dar Al Fouad 6th October, and Dar Al Fouad in Nasr City, are JCI accredited.

Additionally, Alameda’s As Salam International Hospital in Maadi is the first full hospital in Egypt to receive the esteemed College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation.

Through an integrated platform, Alameda operates through state-of-the-art IT infrastructure to provide patients with the best care. It has SAP patient management and ERP systems deployed, and uses Cerner health information and technology systems to optimize clinical outcomes by saving time, reducing error and providing insights.

Affiliations

Alameda Healthcare is the first hospital group in Egypt to receive accreditation from Joint Commission International, USA for its facilities and has received program-level accreditation in the specializations of acute myocardial infarction, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and pain management. In addition, through its affiliation with Cleveland Clinic Foundation, USA it provides patients with world-class care right here at home.
