Community Care

Our commitment to better the lives of every patient we care for is part and parcel of the strategy we have set out since inception: to leave the communities we serve better than when we found them.

As a leader in the Egyptian healthcare space, we are keenly aware of the obligations we have toward building a more compassionate society.

As such, in 2017, we established the Khater Foundation to support healthcare and education in Egypt, two crucial sectors that are the backbone of Egypt’s economic and social development initiatives.

The Foundation also partners with a number of reputable community development organizations to support those most in need.

Supporting Public Healthcare

Supporting the sector through donations of high-value equipment such as linear accelerators, Cath labs, audiometry units, echocardiography machines with transoesophageal probes, clinical laboratory equipment and neo-natal ventilators and monitors.

Investing in Education

Ongoing construction of schools for children with special needs and public library facilities in collaboration with the Advance Society for Autism and Other Disabilities.

Improving Children’s Lives

Financing a number of orphanages and well as actively partnering with FACE for Children in Need.

Backing Youth Sports

Launching the Alameda o.n. Triathlon Team in 2015, with the aim of supporting young talents from the Arab region to not just qualify for Olympic Games or world championships, but to win these competitions.
