Dr. El Gabbani boasts over 16 years of experience as a hospital Director and as COO of different hospital chains across Egypt and the UAE. Throughout his career, he worked on enhancing organizational behavior, improving employee morale and wellbeing, and achieving diversity-related goals across many international and multinational organizations. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dar Al Fouad Hospital in Nasr City.

Dr. El Gabbani started his career at Andalusia Hospitals in Alexandria where he climbed the ladder and was given a senior managerial position. He held a senior managerial position at NMC Abu Dhabi as well, and later served as the Hospital Director at Emirates Hospital in Dubai, and as Chief Operations Officer at Medcare Hospital Sharjah.

Dr. EL Gabbani holds an MBA in healthcare management from Lincoln University in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as a postgraduate diploma in healthcare management from the American University in Cairo.
