Dr. Philip brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record with regards to sales and business growth. She has led multiple sales teams and managed different business channels while successfully facing challenges in a continually changing market. She currently serves as the Group National Business Development Director.

Dr. Philip is regarded as an industry pioneer in her capacity as a female Business Development Director in the region. She has led business operations in leading healthcare providers through utilising a highly competent workforce, keenly observing market changes and adapting accordingly with clearly defined action plans and subsequently achieving outstanding sales performances. She has successfully worked with and adapted to diverse clientele and achieved exceptional sales records and secured business growth.

Dr. Philip holds an MBA in strategic management from the Arab Academy of Science and Technology, as well as a postgraduate diploma in sales management from the American University in Cairo.
