Mr. Guntu brings over 16 years of leadership experience in various industries. Before venturing into healthcare, he worked with prestigious organizations such as Tata Telecom and Taj Hotels.

In 2009, he started his career in healthcare and worked with Apollo Hospitals where he served as the Head of Operations and Marketing. In 2014, he moved to Narayana Health, a fortune 500 India organization, as Facility Director, where he was successful in creating consistent positive revenue growth with his unique strategies and leadership skills.

Mr. Guntu joined HealthCare Global (HCG) in 2016 and served as Director and Head of Strategy and COO, before becoming the CEO and Group Director of the HCG Milann Fertility Center. Under his leadership, Milann was named one of the emerging fertility chains in the region. During his assignment with HCG, he was also an Executive Committee Member of the Group and was instrumental to their business expansion in India. Later, as a board member of HCG Africa, he also played a principal role in promoting HCG’s brand in the region. Mr. Guntu is a result-oriented six sigma green-belt trained professional and pioneer in dealing several strategic mergers and acquisitions at the HCG Group level, successfully expanding the organization’s market cap.

He is an alumnus of both the Indian Institute of Management in Bengaluru and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
