Dr. Attia boasts over 15 years of experience in medical administration, quality-based performance, clinical leadership, and medical advancement.

He currently serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of As Salam International Hospital in Maadi where he successfully passed the Joint Commission International Accreditation in 2010, 2015, 2018, and 2021. His extensive experience and approach to patient care allows him to provide an exceptional quality of care whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Prior to his position as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Attia led the specialist physicians’ team at As Salam International Hospital from 2007 to 2014. As an academic, Dr. Attia had his training in Cairo University Internal Medicine Hospital and was later promoted to lecturer in 2013 and has been teaching since.

Dr. Attia holds an MD in Internal Medicine and an executive MBA in Healthcare Management from Nottingham University.
