Ms. Singh is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 24 years of experience in heading healthcare operations, and over 7 years of experience in leading P&L. She is an energetic, self-motivated team leader with hands on experience in business analysis as well as application integration and customization. She believes that a robust mentorship program creates strong leaders and that strong relationship management, and a customer centric approach is key to customer delight and quality care. She currently serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of As Salam International Hospital in Maadi.

Prior to her post, Ms. Singh held several operations management roles in renowned hospitals in Max Healthcare. She led the P&L and business strategies and had great success with hospital profitability through revenue enhancement, resource utilization, and cost optimization. Prior to that she worked with Apollo Hospitals, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospitals, and Technopak Advisors as a healthcare consultant.

During her time with Apollo Hospital and Columbia Asia Hospital, she led the hospital’s key operations with the conceptualization and implementation of the hospitals’ standard operating procedures, policies, and key performance indicators while ensuring service and clinic excellence.

Ms. Singh is a certified auditor for ISO and a JCI trainer, and a NABH & Facility Management and Safety Issues trainer. She holds an MBA in marketing and master’s degree in public administration, as well as a diploma in public relations from India.
