Alameda Healthcare Group Partners with Talaat Moustafa Group to Launch World-Class Hospital in Madinaty

Alameda Healthcare Group, a leading healthcare provider in Egypt, is pleased to announce its partnership with Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), one of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt and the Middle East, to establish a world-class hospital in Madinaty, a major residential project by TMG in East Cairo. Madinaty’s investments exceed 5 billion EGP (approximately 100 million USD). This collaboration aims to enhance the Alameda Group’s position in high-quality healthcare and contribute to the growth of medical tourism revenues.
This partnership is part of Alameda Healthcare Group’s strategy to expand its investments in Egypt through the establishment and development of new hospitals in Greater Cairo and other governorates. The goal is to enhance the group’s clinical capacity, increase its role in delivering high-quality medical services to citizens, and contribute to the national economy’s growth. EFG Hermes acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this strategic partnership.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Fahed Khater, Chairman of Alameda Healthcare Group, and Mr. Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group, in the presence of senior leadership from both companies.
As part of the agreement, Alameda’s hospital in Madinaty will be the first of many similar collaborative projects in Talaat Moustafa Group’s cities, both inside and outside Egypt, focusing on medical services and high-quality healthcare.
Under the agreement, Alameda will manage and operate a new hospital within the Madinaty project, one of the largest urban developments by Talaat Moustafa Group. The hospital will be the first in a series of future joint ventures aimed at providing cutting-edge healthcare services in the company’s developments. The Madinaty Hospital is expected to open in 2027 and will offer unparalleled healthcare services in Egypt, attracting medical tourism and establishing itself as a key healthcare destination in the region.

The new hospital in Madinaty will provide comprehensive medical services with a capacity of 200 beds. This initiative is part of Talaat Moustafa Group’s commitment to providing an exceptional standard of living to approximately 1.2 million people across its various projects, as well as to more than 4.5 million people in East Cairo.
