She is a passionate and dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare quality and operational management She began her career in Hospitals and Clinical Laboratories where she developed a strong foundation in operational and clinical management Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions in quality and performance improvement, including both public and private sectors Nahla Badr is a recognized expert in Patient Safety and quality improvement she has a proven track record of success in implementing national and international healthcare standards, transforming organization patient safety cultures towards a more safe and reliable modes, lean management , process restructure and digitalization. She is a strong advocate for patient safety and quality care. she is committed to using data and evidence-based practices to drive continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. she is also a skilled communicator and collaborator. She is able to build relationships with staff at all levels and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals. She shares in the universal Health Insurance Program in Egypt by being a senior surveyor and Team leaders in the General Authority of Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation She is a self-motivating leader who is always willing to go the extra mile. and is truly dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients.
