Mr. Paramasiva has gained over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at two of the leading and largest healthcare chain in India. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at As-Salam International Hospital in New Cairo.

Mr. Paramasiva specifically excels in the fields of operational efficiency, greenfield projects, O&M projects, and brownfield facilities. He is currently an integral member of two leading campaigns, the Healthy Heart Program: Billion Hearts Beating, and the Nation-wide Ambulance Call Center with over 1,000 ambulances worldwide.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Paramasiva spent three years in Kenya at a leading healthcare institution with over 20 satellite clinics across the country, and worked with adjourning countries for medical tourism. He also worked for Abraaj Investment in Care Hospital Hyderabad India and successfully set up a greenfield project that achieved a positive EBITDA within the first six months of operations. Mr. Paramasiva also worked with Apollo Hospitals Group’s flagship unit on operational efficiency, and was part of the PMO for oncology units, satellite centers, and service excellency across units in southern India.

Mr. Paramasiva holds an MBA and PG in hospital management from Bharathiar University in India.
